Pasta al Limone

Ingredients¶
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) cold butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 12 oz pasta
- 1 lemon
- Salt
Instructions¶
- Prepare the pasta to your liking in salted water
- Heat up the heavy cream, do not let boil at any point
- Add lemon zest to cream
- Slowly whisk in butter, I usually make the cubes 1/2-1 tablespoon in size
- Add parmesan and incorporate
- Add juice from the lemon
- Salt to taste
- Serve sauce over prepared pasta
