Pasta al Limone

Ingredients¶

• 3/4 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) cold butter, cubed
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan
• 12 oz pasta
• 1 lemon
• Salt

Instructions¶

• Prepare the pasta to your liking in salted water
• Heat up the heavy cream, do not let boil at any point
• Add lemon zest to cream
• Slowly whisk in butter, I usually make the cubes 1/2-1 tablespoon in size
• Add parmesan and incorporate
• Add juice from the lemon
• Salt to taste
• Serve sauce over prepared pasta
